My case is done before thanksgiving already , but they keep told me hold me check because need third party to writing my name how come , unprofessional lawyer office they got paid for them but how patient keep telling me wait

Personas con poca ética profesional. Atención paupérrima. Dejan tu caso en manos de empleadas que no son profesionales. No devuelven llamadas. Pasa el tiempo y tu caso se sierra y te mandan una carta diciendo que no trabajarán en tu caso. Atención. No metas tus casos de ninguna manera si son laborales.o accidentes automovilísticos que los ganará cualquier abogado apenas empezando son los mejores estos ya tienen dinero de sobra y no se preocupan si no de ellos mismos.

This firm buys 5-star google reviews. It's a trap to lure you into their firm. Some reviews are written exactly the same except the names of staff is different. They want you to think they're entire staff are great attorneys and assistants. I started out with 1 assistant working on my case, she quit, then another, he quit, then received another one. My case dragged on unnecessarily for an entire year of nobody doing anything. They charged me close to $400 for copies of my medical bills. My attorney ended up receiving more money from my case than me, refused to reduce his fees and put me on ignore after he got paid. The doctors they sent me to are excellent rip off artist. I explained to my attorney many times the awful financial situation I was in but they still held onto my check for 4 days before mailing it. Refused to send it overnite, sent it regular mail which comes to me at a snails pace, even after I explained to them many times of my hardship. Simply communicating with these people over the phone, you hear the lack of concern in their voices. They're not a great team as they claim to be, certainly not worth the 40% they charge. Big mistake on my part choosing them. Worst firm I've ever had to deal with. They tell you to send them communication if you have any issues so I wrote a letter of complaint and no one bothered to respond. This proves how phony their reviews are. Take heed, shop other places, talk to people personally to find out the best firm to use because this is not it.

Don't let them fool you honestly . My husband was in an accident in November of 2021 . Everything had delays . Took forever for them to even get his workman's comp approved. We went with another law firm.due to the fact that after a meeting nothing of our concerns were met . I had sent in questions that went un answered for two months . Then the second lawyer they appointed to us after they fired the original lawyer the first interaction with the new lawyer was him screaming at me over the phone basically calling me dumb saying he apparently I don't know how things work then hung up on me . Then let's start at the beginning when my husband had already had signed a lawyer from another form . And this law firm came to his hospital room.had him sign papers while.he was under medication and thought they were his other lawyers . Also for workman's comp they lie.to.u telling you the judge ordered 25% of his weekly check . Which is a lie . Now I understand yes no one works for free and I understand everyone is due something but I find it funny how my husband's checks have stopped after he decided to go with other representation . Now we get a 22,500 bill for their services .. . We never even sout out their council to start with . But yea please do research on who just pops up to represent you . My husband's insurance cards still don't work to cover anything . Ect. They do not care the help you go thru only what they can pocket .if they did they wouldn't of taken almost 700 a month out his checks .

There were polite and in constant communication, took long time cus the coronaviruz. We got $50k from the ensurance, $20k for the Lawyer, $2k for the Lawyers's office, $10k for the medical bills (I still ask myself where the hospitals got that amount fron when nobody fixed my body, I still have problems in my back) and I got $18k. Lost my car of $10k cus the ensurance totaled it and just gave me $2500(ridiculos amount) So at end I literally got just $10k from those $50k. Long Short story go get you Attorney degree to College you will get more $ as an attorney than as an enjured person. Thank you, anyways! One more thing, even you ttanslators were very nice people, they never translate exaclty what I told them to tell the attorney very disapointing, and I e-mailed my attorney and let him know about it, and he NEVER answered any of my e-mails. So you customers better get you a spanish attorney, because with a translator SO dificult and not accurate at all. Thank you anyway!!
