My experience was not really pleasant. I will not recommend this office and if you are doing business with them double check the stories they are giving you. At the beginning was good they got me doctors very close to home very quickly. But once it was time to submit the claim I was informed that they had requested the bills from all doctors and that they were waiting on them and when I reach out to the doctors office I was informed that the attorney office had not contacted them to request bills. I had to go back and forth to make sure that the doctors office were sending the bills to them. After that they told me that they were negotiating the bills and when I called to verify once more I was told that they didn’t have any information on record from my attorney. Then I was told by attorney office that they were going to request the check from insurance when I had proof that they already had cash the check. Even the insurance adjuster advised me to be careful after I forwarded an email that the lawyers were claiming that they needed to request check from insurance. I went to their office after that email to request my check and they had a few employees giving me different information. Not professional !!! I feel they could have done a better job.

I haven’t been in many accidents only a few but this 1 was by far best experience of dealing with a defense team understand and recognize your situation for its the true worth. From the beginning to end I received a worker’s compensation check every week not only that but the owner Mr Seth Bader actually personally gave me call to confirm that I was comfortable and happy with my settlement... Great guy great team THANKS!!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS.......

If I had a choice this law firm wouldn’t get one star from me! They are VERY unprofessional and do not hold up to their word at all!! They had my workers compensation case for 4 months now just for me to find out by calling them that they’ve withdrew from my case with no explanations. These 4 months have been so hard every time I wanted or needed an update I would have to call the office they never communicated with me unless I called first. And when I called I always caught a vibe that they seemed to not want to be bothered with me! Rosa is a liar she feed you a load of lies just to get you off the phone her conversations with me never lasted any longer than 1 min. I felt like every time I called she would tell the front desk to pass me to someone else and that someone else would be Alex who is also rude as well. My opinion is to hell with all of them and you’re a complete idiot if you put your trust in this firm. Run while you can!!!
