From my experience with this firm, I would not recommend them. I feel that I was misled for the past 6 months. In the beginning they were very attentive and full of promises. Towards the end there was a lack of communication. The attorney would send documents via her assistant requesting my signature without adequate legal counsel. They accepted a settlement offer without consulting me and when I terminated their representation they threatened put a lien on my settlement. I've been lied to, time wasted, and now I'm being robbed.

Was looking for a really good knowledgeable attorney for a Workmen’s Compensation situation. I called Bader Scott one day early and left a message with someone at the front desk. They told me that an attorney would be in touch. Thought maybe it was gonna take a few days. But I got a call back with in minutes. It was Dayveliz. She was so kind and helpful. If I didn’t understand something she went over it with me to reassure that I understood. Gave her all of my information that was needed and she told me that the attorney would reach out to me with further details. The next day the Attorney Matthew Gilbo called me. He asked how I was feeling and that meant everything to me. We talked about my case. And he said he would be interested in taking my case. They treated me so nice. I won’t ever forget that. Don’t know if I will ever need an attorney again but if I do I will be calling Bader Scott.
