I am a firm believer of supporting your own, but the unfortunate part is that my own doesn’t know how to conduct business, and it’s sad to say. There’s absolutely NO communication. I’ve called, I’ve emailed and still haven’t heard anything. The process started out bad, but I still continued, and that’s on me, but NEVER AGAIN.

The service was good. I was referred by my coworker and it was well worth it.

Didn't wanna have to come on here and even leave this review. However, My accident was on 5/30/2024. My Dr released me September 5, 2024. Its now December 2024 and i have little to no updates. When i call i feel.like im getting the run around. Santrece(spell check) was my 1st casemanager. Im now working with Wanda Baker. I basically had to get my own hospital records and bill from Northside. I emailed and faxed her all documentation. However when i called in on Monday i was told that documents were still missing (I NEVER received a call or email stating this) after telling her that i sent everything to her, she magically found the missing documents. When i became upset she told me that i needed to calm dwn. I was as calm as i can be. I lost wages, got evicted, my motor blew in my car(i need my money ASAP) I am a Single Mom with 2 boys and its the Holidays on top of everything else. The communication is horrible here and im not pleased with the service i have received. I just want this case settled so that i can move forward. I have yet to speak with any Management. I have left messages to no avail. I honestly feel like these people are playing in my face at this point. I feel very helpless. My 2boys and i are currently living in an Hotel because this is all i can afford after being evicted. Somebody anybody PLEASE HELP ME!!! This has went on far to long now.

Excellent staff, friendly and professional. Would like to see a little more communication during the negotiation process. Still would use Mr. Sanders again however.
