I want to have so many good things to say. But it’s hard for someone to reach me. My case was being handled by Otis. I had sent him paperwork that was needed for my case and bad enough he was already dropping the ball had the audacity to tell me never received it and lookie here he checked again and it was there(a month later he notices)I asked him if he received it and he assured me just for me to get a call from the insurance company being sued that they’re ready to drop my case due to lack of paperwork. Fast forward it’s over a month and it’s sitting in his email. Anyway they pas my case to a new person and communication was ok at first but then she stopped calling for follow ups. I have left countless voicemails and honestly I just want it to be over. I don’t feel like I’m cares about and that I’m just another write off for them. Like I said I want to say good things but I can’t been get a call back

Ms. Ivy was always responsive, if I needed any help she was always there to assist. I really appreciate the whole firm. They took care of me and whatever I needed.
