Anytime l called with a question or problem or if I had to leave a message I always got a return call in a timely manner. After my initial contact with their Intake Clerk, I was not feeling very good about this law firm. She gave ineffective information and did not listen to the facts of my case before turning it down. Mr. Julius Redden, a paralegal at this firm personally gave me a call back, and listened to all of the facts of my case. He asked me for info on my case and I sent him a lot for him to review. He reviewed everything, and though the firm was still unable to take my case, he still gave me his professional opinion, and referred me to someone who was better equipped to handle my case.

Evelyn was very responsive and very thorough with following up with me and keeping me updated with the case. I was always informed on the case and any changes that had to be made which I was very appreciative of.

They kept me informed and basically handled everything for me. Due process is slow as it should be, but I’m happy with my outcome and have no complaints.
