Horrible service

This my second using JULAIN SANDERS & I love them, Now the first time I didn’t fully understand how this process work and all the details but this law firm has educated me on that and I really appreciate them for that because it’s a lot of people that try to knock the good people down but they truly have your best interest and working with you not against you. I would encourage everyone to work with them and see for yourself ! I go to the BEST doctors and they are on it every time.

Since being a client of J. Sanders, I have been extremely pleased with the manner in which they conduct business! Since my initial telephone call, they have remained in constant contact with me to see how I'm doing, how my treatments are going and have asked if there is anything that they can do to assist me with or improve on. They are professional, personable, and want nothing more than to make sure that their customers are satisfied overall!!! J. Sanders is definitely a choice that I don't regret and I feel comfortable knowing that they are representing me!!!

When I first retained Julian Sanders's firm, things were a little shaking and the communication was non existent. I would call and leave messages for the paralegal Andrew and mths went by with no call back. I called in very upset demanding to speak with a supervisor. My case was then reassigned to Ashley who is the BOMB.COM. She kept open lines of communication and always went above and beyond to assist my husband and I with our settlements. I would recommend this firm to EVERYONE but only if you request to work with Ashley. SIS GETS IT DONE!!!!! I know I probably got on ALL of her nerves but she is so patient. I so appreciate you and all of your hard work. Thanks Again Ash. YOU ROCK!!!!!

Julian and his team are great! I was a little nervous at first because i didn’t know if it would be a sketchy experience as it’s my first time needing help with a car accident but they helped me get through it all and communicated well. I had a couple of people working on my case as a team to help me get the best settlement possible and they called me periodically to let me know where we were on the process and i definitely would recommend to others. Thanks again!
