He is absolutely unprofessional his staff is .So rude they i do work when they want then threaten to lein your case and charge you i asked for a timeline printout they said no get a new lawyer then we'll send all charges .The worst firm all those commercials on the radio are trickery celeste is the worst why don't everybody together with signs and a call to the news station might be a start!!

I brought my case to this firm from another law firm. My case manager Erin was very informative and helped me get my settlement in a timely manner. I appreciate their help and I recommend them to anyone that has been in an accident.

This was the worse attorney and his employees have been the worse! I wish i would have never contacted them in the beginning. If you have a small case, just handle it yourself. If you have a larger case, give it to another attorney who will keep their promise in giving you the cash you truly deserve. My case was not that big but the money that they went after the insurance company was not a bad number. Long story short, once they settled and paid themselves and medical I was only left with a little over $1000. It’s not worth the time. My accident was at he end of 2017 and it’s June now. I have never received any calls regarding my case. I had to call them and like everybody else’s review, i got the run around. Never spoke to the attorney himself. This law office is horrible. Would never recommend to anyone.

Mr. Sanders and his staff handled my case with "white-glove" treatment. Celeste answered all of my questions. No question was discouraged. I received timely updates, and friendly, professional service.

He's a scam artist stay far away

I am considering going with another Atty. Reading the posts is helping me with my decision. Especially since there is now a second accident case. I've never received calls,correspondence, doctors, emails, texts, or nothing to help me along. Now its too late and I was to blame. Audrey did not do her best for a new client. Just didn't seem interested. 8/28/18 Part: 2 I received another 👍. Kool to see that people read reviews. So many are like mine which says a lot about this firm and it's tactics. Please don't let the catchy commercials reel you in. Got an offer on other case and is about to settle. Meanwhile, I am doing the leg work for J Sanders' firm that Audrey recommended. So I called the hospital, got what I needed to escape them, was told they haven't heard from this attorney. CLOSE MY CASE. 11/19/18 Part #3 I'm back to tell it like it is. Who paid Marina Greiner to post that BS. 90% of ur reviews are not good. The others either work for or got paid. They NEVER called, text, or emailed anything pertaining to my case. When I call the put me on hold for 15 min to answer any questions. They changed my paralegal again. No more Janiece. It's Craig that's gonna catch it. J Sanders had this case over 9 months. I'll be damn if y'all gonna drag it over a yr or more like the other client in this review stated. I felt like he stalling fo more time. All cases are different, but same procedure. My second case, May 2018, well, I pick my check up tomorrow. Mentioned J Sanders staff and steps I have been thru. They literally laughed. More to come after I speak with insurance company about the settlement demand myself. 2/7/2019 Part 4 I laughed at a review from 2 months ago about how quickly the case was settled. Who paid You, Darrlyn? Steven contacted me 30 days ago with hopes that case would finally be over. Well, here I am at the 1yr mark, 2 other cases settled (other atty), and this was supposed to be the easiest. I got attitude for asking questions, got voicemail, and still have to deal with this law firm. What I've learned is what I'm about to do. Call opposing counsel to find out the offer myself. Yes, I can, I have the right, and I will eliminate this middle man. U wouldn't believe what I found out. Shady and deceitful the entire firm. They are so conniving I beleive wholeheartedly they paid people to give good reviews about employees and goings-on in firm I know for a fact that are FALSE.

I was in an accident Aug 11, 2016. Case was comsidered closed after I received my check on Dec. 11, 2017. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences that I have ever encountered. Celeste Holloway lied to me numerous times, never returned voicemails, calls, or emails. Before I even got to her I was bounced around between a few different case managers who were all less than pleasant. On top of all of that my case was supposed to be closed December 2017 after receiving my check and being told all other associated parties had been paid. Now it’s March and I’m receiving a letter from Key Health explaining that I was about to be sent to collections because the attorney’s office had not paid up. Upon calling the office I got the run around again. I decided to go up there where I was given a check copy dated for December 26th made out to the company. Based on what I was told the check has been sent out prior to me even receiving my check and I got my check on December 11th. I called key health to see if anyone had contacted them yet and a rep told me that someone from the office had called THAT very day telling them that they would be sending the check out today and it had never been sent to begin with. RUN from these liars.

I do not recommend this attorney or his staff. He gives you his cell number but does not answer his phone and the mailbox always full. Julian Sanders did not respond to my emails and his staff was not much better. He recommends his Doctors but your quality of care will be compromised because his doctors are not present at the doctor visit or they will overlook some important health conditions. He will not review your medical documents and give you any updates on your case. I hear lots of radio advertisement for this attorney but it's a joke! I strongly suggest you not only read the reviews but do you homework on any attorney before making a choice.

My visit with Jullian Sanders law office was more than I expected everything was a breeze and Audrey made sure of that. I got a check for my wreck I can go for that. Christmas time too.

This firm is awesome . Julian is nice and helpful. Audrey was great as well .
