John Foy and Associates is awesome I would recommend them to anybody.

I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Moore for my accident case and I couldn’t be more satisfied with her support and expertise. From our first phone call, Jennifer was professional and welcoming, carefully explaining the services her firm offers, my options, and her strategic approach to securing the compensation I deserved. She advocated strongly on my behalf and kept me informed every step of the way. She made sure to regularly check in, and took a genuine interest in learning more about me. I highly recommend Jennifer Moore and John Foy & Associates for anyone who needs a good attorney. While I would’ve liked a larger settlement, I believe Jennifer achieved the best settlement possible from the opposing insurance company, notorious for minimizing settlements. Good job Jennifer!

I was injured on my job back in August 2022and and again December it caused some serious injuries physically and mentally. I continued to try and work with limitations. I reached out to this law firm seeking guidance after a car accident involving a police officer, where thankfully, no injuries were involved. I initially spoke with a paralegal who mentioned that she also worked with State Farm. When I clarified that there were no injuries, the tone of the conversation changed, and it seemed the firm wasn’t interested in providing assistance without a more lucrative case. The paralegal asked for the county where the accident occurred, so I shared details I had received directly from the county, explaining that the coverage would be handled by a different department. Rather than listening, she contradicted what I said based on her own personal knowledge of the area, making me feel as if my information was wrong—even though it came directly from the county official responsible for claims. Ultimately, they declined to help and she redirected the conversation to her time at State Farm insurance, which felt dismissive and made me feel belittled and I hung up in mid-sentence. As someone simply looking for legal advice, this experience left a poor impression. While 'The Strong Arm' was recommended to me, I’ll be hesitant to recommend them to anyone else based on this interaction.

When you're dealing with a problem that turns your life upside down you're going to see a lot of TV commercials saying this and saying that. Ken Jones was my attorney and he definitely helped get me more money than the insurance company was offering! I had two claims he helped me with, the first took a few months (due to the insurance company) but the second was settled in two months!
