Wow where do I start my attorney DIEDRA WILLIAMS the wonderful woman she is she came to my rescue while calming me down explaining how my claim was headed and flowing.DIEDRA WILLIAMS is a great representative to the John Foy team. I'm disappointed with the "professionalism" and "communication" of John Foy & Associates. Where do I begin? I had court on October 21st and reached out to have John Foy & Associates represent me during a car accident that I had unfortunately. My first issue that I encountered which I should have noticed was a lack of professionalism for lawyers was the fact that I could never communicate with my lawyer they assigned to my case because dude was never in office anytime I called!!! Even when I called and he was there multiple times I always got hit with the excuse of he has left office or he is on the phone with another client and will call you back. (Spoiler Alert he never called back.) After trying to reach out to this man for the first week and a half of October I grew frustrated and told the lawyer he could just communicate with me through email since he never can pick up the phone. Finally we were able to communicate and get things working on my case. I went to the chiropractor and she advised me that John Foy & Associate may not continue to represent me since I was not injured significantly in my car crash. I reached out to my attorney Alex and he assured me that he would still take my case despite not having significant injuries. (Also have proof of this as well.) After mailing in my car accident report to Alex things went silent until my court date appeared and I reached out again to make sure my attorney would show up. Now this is where I get heated and honestly this law firm sucks completely. So remember how I said they would represent me despite not being hurt significantly in my car crash? They threw that promise out the window and said they couldn't represent me because I was not injured enough for the case. I would have been fine with that if they didn't promise me that they would still take my case!!!!! So not only did y'all lie but you dug yourself even deeper. Apparently they reached this conclusion on October 15th but never reached out to inform me of said decision (they claim they did but no call logs show anything from them) so I could find another lawyer who could do there job a million times better and not stood me up. After I realized that no one was coming and I'm in the midst of walking into the court room I step outside the room and proceed to have send a email saying if you knew that you couldn't represent me on the 15th why in TF DID Y'ALL NOT SAY ANYTHING??? Of course I was way more professional with my email with no profanity and what do these mediocre people do??? Block my email because they knew I was right about how trash they are lol. I wouldn't recommend anyone hire them to represent them just expect to be stood up and lied to and if you get Alex as a attorney run!!! Also Alex didn't even tell me about this decision it was some other guy who had nothing to do with my case. Thanks John Foy y'all are USELESS!!!!!! Since y'all wanted to reply at the bottom I got a response for y'all. Yes you did drop my case because I wasn't hurt enough you literally said that before you blocked me. Since y'all wanna deny that you blocked me I got the proof right here and I'm also showing proof of Alex or whoever saying they'll still take my case. Also y'all did not read this review right y'all blocked my email not my calls reading comprehension is a must for sure. Also you didn't reach out my call log never showed anything from y'all but that's a he said she said situation. Regardless of what y'all gotta say don't waste people's times it's highly valuable for others. Don't promise something when you ain't gonna do it. The photos show me asking if the case was still worth continuing and they still said yes it was. This also shows that I was blocked despite them saying they didn't do it lol. You can't deny it wasn't you guys when John Foy is in the email!!!!😂 (Also not one of y'all shot a email to inform me of the case being dropped as well. If my phone wasn't available then why didn't you use email the thing y'all been communicating with me for majority of the time with??? Make it make sense.)

Radoslav Bachev is a phenomenal attorney. I received my settlement check today. To say it exceeds my expectations is a major understatement. Rado was able to obtain more than just compensation for me. I highly recommend him to anybody who has been injured in any setting.

Called them for help after young women ran into my car. She didn't go to court she had 100,000 thousand coverage. I received 5,000 payment, my lawyer or her assistant never kept updates with me. I would have to call and call them for updates. I do not recommend them. Find someone else that may really care about your better interests. She even discouraged me from going to court to fight for my rights. Run don't walk.
