I just like say Ms. Sharon Grey with John Foy and Associate has been assisting me in my case and is doing great with keeping me updated and informed.

Has had my case one year and 4 months and now tells me that I don’t have a case…

My wife and daughter and I hired this lawn firm to help us with our car accident. To make story short i was not happy with our attorney and left and went with Badder Scott law firm and glad I did becuae my wife and daughter got low balled by thier attorney. And didnt get barley anything and they suffered injuries and they only got 7 thousand dollars after they had to pay a their medical bills from injuries from the accident the other driver caused. And when my case settled with Badder Scott I received 121.000.00 dollars from mine and I didn't have to pay the medical bills the other guy did. So I will say this Joy Foy and associates victimized my wife and daughter a second time. So don't always believe what John Foy always says.

Was in an accident on December 3rd of 2023. The following day I reached out to John Foy & Associates and was immideatley reached out to about my case. The attorney who was assigned to my case (Hadley O'Neill) took everything off my plate by the time we had our first conversation, whether it was speaking to insurance companies or medical providers. All I was required to do throughout my case was attend my medical appointments and receive my necessary treatment. I 100% believe I would not have been able to handle this case without the help of my attorney and the awesome team at this firm. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who is in an accident and injured. Thank you so much John Foy & Associates and especially Hadley O'Neill.

No communication No response to calls.. No idea what to do. But I'm suffering...

To start with I feel as if I didn't really need this law firm. Because they never advised you on how to fill out any paperwork from social security. It also seemed like it was a big issue to get any feed back.i never got answers from my phone calls no text messagesreturned.my case advisor left the firm I was never told that until a month later tried contacting my new advisor on time limited issues and was told she was no longer with the firm was told that team member in that dept would call me back within 48 hours didn't happen til 5 days later by this time my claims was being denied this is the part that gets me I was then told that I was no longer being represented by the law of John foy & assoc.so after a year of paper work and timely guidelines I'm right back to the point I started at all because no one kept me informed on what I needed to do next very disappointing when they advertise as the strong arm I will neverrefer then to anyone who might legal advise.

I couldn't ask for a better law firm, I was just at rock bottom not able to work due to illness. Then was in the accident and Andrew McPherson and John foy and associates went to work for me and not only did h make sure my child support was taken care of but managed to get me a decent check and I'm no longer in the rock bottom but am able to take care of myself again thanks again John foy and associates and Andrew I can't thank you enough God bless you
