As a long term rental property owner, I have been fortunate to not have a lawyer or even any conversation-worthy stories until recently. As I called around trying to figure out how to resolve a renter issue, a large property management company in Atlanta recommended I call Sasan at Nemat Law Firm. Sasan seemed to understand real estate and property management which gave me an additional level of confidence. What initially seemed to be a straightforward eviction soon became a more complicated case. Sasan was thorough, concise and professional and pursued the case to a full completion despite it's rabbit-hole evolution. I appreciated the fact that he did not give me "overly optimistic talk" but was realistic in the expectations at each step. In the end he was able to bring the case to a positive resolution and even went beyond his responsibility to help me with some administrative next-steps plus connect me with some helpful contacts. His pricing was very reasonable based on the time and effort he had to invest in this case. I feel like he earned every bit of it especially based on the cost savings of the positive outcome.
