Worst service I’ve had this far, even tried switching lawyers in house to give them the benefit of the doubt and still have been neglected, you talk to receptionist more than your own lawyer. Understand meetings and court cases but still no response after weeks from your own lawyer or assistant neither. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to Bader Scott again ever. Management isn’t helpful at all either. And during my meditation my lawyer is best friends with my employers lawyer which raised my concerns and low and behold after that hearing I’ve been done in the worst way.over two years and still not settled then when I got Eeoc involved my own lawyers tried to get me to waive eeoc claims against my employer I am suing for 10k and I told them no and believe it or not they told me they were putting my case on hold because I’m suing through Eeoc. So I called Eeoc and told them and they advised me they didn’t have to put my case on hold because I was going through them and advised me to find legal help but Eeoc didn’t give me help they just told me things were a bit fishy and low and behold it was because now I have a new lawyer and they said no they was not putting my case on hold even if I have a case with Eeoc. I repeat do not use Bader Scott!!!! Do not!
