Called Kimbrel Law after being wrongly accused of a hit and run, Clayton was one of the only good experiences with an Attorney I have ever had. He was extrenemly professional yet understanding. Did everything he could to make this horrible experience better, actually listened to me and my concerns and worked very hard to get the case dismissed. I would recommend Clayton over any other attorney in Atlanta, extremely fair priced, works super hard and always keeps you updated, and is diligent in getting the outcome wanted. Clayton was AWESOME. I can't thank him enough. I had moved from Atlanta back to Florida and didn't want to travel back for a court date for my traffic citations. He is responsive, reliable and was able to reduce my citations by ALOT. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in Atlanta, have not one complaint.

Received a red light citation in Atlanta in July. Was rather worried the citation would lead to points on my license and an insurance premium increase. Mr. Kimbrell was very responsive from the point of my first call, a follow-up call thereafter to confirm my court date, and as soon as the court date / disposition were completed. I ended up having the case dismissed as a zero reporting violation, no points, and just had to pay the regular fine. Mr. Kimbrell's fees were very reasonable and more than paid for what would have been the cost of increased insurance rates over time. I would recommend Mr. Kimbrell to anyone needing a traffic violation attorney for minor to moderate traffic offenses.

I contacted Clayton on the Thursday prior to my traffic court date (which was Monday) and we walked through my particular situation. Since I was living out of the state of Georgia, he offered to represent me in court and was able to substantially lower my fine. He was a pleasure to work with, and I would absolutely recommend working with him!

I contacted Atty Clayton Kimbrel to represent me in traffic court. I had never been to traffic court and making the trip to Atlanta from MN was not possible. I can't rate Clayton highly enough. He is young, smart as hell, and worked diligently as my attorney under extremely short notice and got me a great result within 24 hours. Clayton is a godsend for anyone who hates dealing with the courts, he's absolutely worth every penny - which is significantly less than a lot of comparable representation. (In my case he was 75% cheaper than anyone else I called!!!!) Awesome!!!!.
