I have been getting the run around and I cannot get anyone on the phone to let me know what is going on with my case. I just want to know what the next steps are and the attorney that was working on my case all of a sudden stopped returning my calls. He purposely does not answer my calls and hangs up. They are not honest with their clients. My case has been ongoing since the middle of 2017 and now I’m left feeling hopeless and unsure of what I need to do next due to the unprofessionalism of this law firm.
