Life is so different now with all that is going on in the world point of contact with people is very slim to not at all. So you really can't judge some things. Me and my family were in a car accident. I didn't want to surf the internet looking for a lawyer again, been there done that a total nightmare. But, I needed a lawyer. I called a friend to see if she could refer or knew of a lawyer she shared Ballard's information. I called and texted him never saw him face to face. 100% satisfied with his service very well spoken man, answer the phone each time I called reponded to every text.
