Bill is a great lawyer and person. I had a potentially highly difficult will probate stemming from my mother's estate. I won't go into the sorrid details out of respect for the dead but I was glad that I didn't have to handle any of it. Great legal representation is worth every penny and I got my money's worth.

Bill presents a rare combination: a fantastic professional and a fantastic human being. He helped my mother-in-law with Medicaid Trust and he also helped us with some ADA/disability issues. I have met a number of lawyers, and Bill's level of personal involvement and his empathy are unparalleled. In a field where many professional are unfortunately only thinking about making a buck, Bill's compassion and kindness are a breath of fresh air. Bill and Kristin got right to work; completed the paperwork in an expeditious manner, and got the results they said they would get - a VA pension for Mom. This was a solid business transaction.

Bill did an outstanding job for our family. My father had a stroke, and his health quickly declined to the point where he needed continued nursing home care. He was able to get my dad qualified for Medicaid, saving my parents thousands of dollars. It was and is a complicated case, and Medicaid didn't make it easy. Bill was always available to us quickly, and did a great job of getting Medicaid to approve my dad. In addition, we needed Power of Attorney documents, and multiple trusts set up. He is also working with us for VA benefits. We needed an excellent Elder Care attorney because my parents thought having a will was all they needed. Fortunately, Bill showed them, and proved to them they needed much more to get the long term care they need while protecting their assets. We did a lot of research, and interviewed several attorneys. Bill's skills, courtesy, availability, and fair price made him the perfect choice for us. His knowledge of Elder Care Law, Estate Planning, Medicare, Medicaid, and the VA make Bill a great choice. I highly recommend Bill.

I spent three years trying to get my Dad's VA benefits for my Mom and had been unsuccessful. Fortunately, I was given Bill's name.
