Amazing! Over and Above! Stellar Service! I can't say enough about the level of service that Attorney Marc Pilgrim and his team provided to myself and my seller. He and his office went above and beyond what is customary to help our transaction get closed; from taking the time to educate my seller and answer questions about the process prior to closing, to making adjustments to the closing location and time to ensure that deal closed on the day it was scheduled. (Which helped us avoid a foreclosure) Marc has a very calm and cool demeanor, which puts everyone at ease. I had not doubts that matters were being handled. He and his team communicate, they listen and they execute; making closing with them seamless. Suffice it to say, Marc is my new preferred closing attorney. Thanks again for everything!!!
