A few years ago my wife and I were in a car accident and suffered some injuries. At the time, we did not have a lawyer to help us navigate the process but we quickly realized we would need one. After doing some research, James was recommended to us by a friend. From the first day we spoke, James was honest and professional. He helped us understand the process, and took time to answer all of our questions. As the case went on, and we faced new challenges, James was always ready to jump in head first. He showed real commitment to our case and to us as individuals. I never felt like he dropped the ball or put us on the back burner. Anytime there was an update in the case he would reach out and discuss the changes with us right away. I felt like we had a true legal partner to help us deal with the stress of the case while we tried to heal from our injuries. In the end, James got the insurance company to pay our medical bills and resolve the case. Looking back we couldn't be more appreciative of the work he did. Usually a lawyer is just a lawyer but James will always remain our friend. He is a hardworking and responsible person. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a tenacious lawyer with excellent moral fiber.

Following a serious car accident where I sustained multiple injuries, a friend of mine introduced me to James Robson and his team. From our initial meeting through signing the final settlement documents, James had my confidence that he would fight on my behalf to make me 100% whole. He worked directly with me, as opposed to a paralegal and/or admin, and throughout the case was accessible and responsive–I was well-informed throughout the entire process. I was pleased with the final settlement and know I would not have been so fortunate had I not sought his help. I hope I never have to pursue a personal injury lawsuit again, but if I do, I would use Glass and Robson in a heartbeat.
