I was pulled over in Alpharetta in September of 2018. Due to so many delays caused by Covid, my case was not settled until August 2021. During that time I had questions and concerns for obvious reasons. George and his staff were always available to meet in person or over the phone. When I was arrested, I did not pass the field sobriety test and when I blew, my BAC was .192. This was my first DUI and I had no idea of the process. I called Mr. Stein the following morning and he returned my call within an hour. This was on a Sunday. During our first visit I knew I made the correct choice. He has written a book over 1,000 pages on Georgia DUI law. He knows this business cold! Forward to the motions hearing, he was able to get my DUI reduced to a reckless driving charge and plea out with a nolo contendere. No points on my license and DUI dismissed. UNBELEIVEABLE! As far as I am concerned there is no other DUI lawyer, and he works anywhere in the state of Georgia. I don't know how he did it but as I've heard since this all started, he's the guy to call.

Mr. Stein was thorough, knowledgable, and proactive. He is always doing something positive behind the scenes to ensure a successful outcome. He is a client advocate whose integrity and approach are without reproach. What I liked the most about him is that he dramatically improved my initial motion to modify my probation on the same day of hearing by rewriting my motion in order to terminate my probation altogether which was granted. He came prepared to better what I had asked for and had all the paperwork in order and acted swiftly. I would re-hire.

I had a case where there was an admission of guilt, clear evidence of DUI and not a lot of leg for the defense to stand on. If not for his solid reputation and devotion, I would never have made it out of my situation alive without his counsel and encouraging words. After going through 2 lawyers and being told by several others that I would need to accept a wreckless, I decided to hire Mr.Stein because he was willing to take my case to trial and fight for me. Mr. Stein was hired a little over a year ago to represent a family member who had been charged with a DUI and 2 counts of felony obstruction . After taking my family member's case and reviewing it,George was able to determine that the stop was invalid.After discussing the case with the prosecutor George was able to prove there was not adequate cause for the stop. The family member was able to enter a plea for reduced charges to a minor traffic violation and misdemeanor interference with an officer.I highly recommend George to defend you if are accused of drinking and driving. My daughter was recently represented by George Stein for DUI & Xanax possession. Mr. Stein was able to get the Xanax pills thrown out of evidence, due to an illegal search. Subsequently, the DUI was dismissed after negotiations with the prosecutor. A job well done!
