DUI Jim saved my life. Jim didn’t just take the money and settle, he worked hard within the law to get the charges dropped.

Even though I didn't hire Mr. Yeargan to be my lawyer, but he was so kind to give me a call after I sent him a detail about my case. He even texted me during his business hours to answer all of my questions. I didn't hire him as my lawyer, but I know for sure that he is a very good and kind lawyer because he was willing to go out of his way just to answer my questions all for free and being on the phone with me for like 20 minutes to talk about my case. From the first call I made, I knew this was the attorney I needed to save my life. I called Jim after my DUI, and he was really respectful and heard everything I had to discuss. I was arrested for a DUI in Atlanta in 2010, and due to oversights in transferring my case from Atlanta City Court to State Court, my case remained open for the next 8 years. I had moved to California since the arrest, so I did not want to have to return to deal with the issue, but wanted to handle it to not have it hanging over my head. Originally, I found Jim to take care of a speeding ticket. However, due to college stupidity, I ended up getting two possession of marijuana charges. Jim was able to get BOTH of these dropped. Not one, but both. Jim and his office are very very helpful. Communication is exactly where it's supposed to be. I have no regrets about hiring dui jim to defend my dui case. he kept me out of jail which was my biggest concern and even though i had other incidents on my record he helped me be able to only pay the minimum fines.
