Revised Review: I did have the experience below, but I am glad to say that Mr. Henningsen, Lashonda, and his team worked tirelessly to make right the mistakes of their team member, Carmen. I understand that staff may act in ways that does not represent the company, so I appreciate how hard they worked to make things right. I will most definitely use them for my personal injury needs. Although I hope I won't need him again ;) Original Post:I am supposed to be a current client of Henningson's and I have received horrible treatment. I submitted my initial paperwork on July 7, 2017 and after they became my attorney on record I did not hear from anyone until I reach out on OCTOBER 12! Since that time I got an apology email that they were to contact me but didn't. I got a call that next day but I was out of town. I returned the call and email and still heard nothing back. I then called an left a message on Nov. 3 at 4:20 and I still have not heard back. I then called today and asked to speak to Carmen Sudduth, the person in charge of my case I was told (as always) she was not available. I asked to speak to her managing attorney Todd Hennison and was told he was not available. I expressed to Zuri my deep concerns and that I need to speak with somebody or I will have no recourse but to file a formal complaint with the bar. She told me to hold, then came back to the phone to say they were not available. This is unacceptable. I contacted them to help be my defenders against a very shady insurance company, but instead I'm now needing help to hold them accountable to do the job in which they were hired to do. I truly feel disappointed and let down that this is the approach this firm which came highly reviewed would take. I'm not sure how they have this rating if this is how they treat their clients. I'm not exaggerating I will provide the proof to show I received no counsel, no support, and my calls were left unreturned. Find an attorney who will care about you as a person not just see you as dollars walking in the door.
