My wife and I worked with Kim Hoipkemier on our wills, medical directives, and powers of attorney. She was FANTASTIC. I would recommend Kim to anyone. She's caring, smart, responsive, and always on time. I am a lawyer myself so I appreciate good attorneys, and she is a great one.

I was represented by Shannon Rolen, and my adult daughter. She was so kind and courteous to us. Her and the support team was always quick to respond to my inquiries. She was always hospitable, cordial, and extremely personable. I have used at lease 6 lawyers in my life and she was the best one I have ever had. I will not call another lawyer for law unless she sends me away. We are thoroughly satisfied with our settlement. She is a God send. I recommend her and her team highly.

I had contacted this law firm to see if they would potentially take my case. They were very encouraging and supportive to answer my questions. Although my case was outside their realm of expertise due to the difficult nature , I appreciate their input and answering questions honestly so I could make the best decision for me. After working with this firm for 8 months they won my case which was a plus. However they constantly left us out of the loop, I had to right numerous letter to even get responses from them because you will only get a secretary response over the phone and will never talk to your lawyer. The day we were to settle I had to explain my case like he could not remember it. This firm has to many irons in the fire and I would not want to deal with them again.
