In 2014 my spouse and I had been to a permanent residence application interview with the USCIS Atlanta.About a year after our interview I was neither granted the green card or refused.I then hired Dara Berger as my attorney.It was not until April 2015 when her inquiry about my case was responded to.The response that came read"Intent to deny". Reference was made to my previous unsuccessful marriage/green card application which was withdrawn because we divorced. They sought for more proof to establish that previous unsuccessful marriage was not a "a sham" or marriage of convenience. Ms.Dara put together all the evidences I gave her in an affidavit as requested and submitted to the USCIS in May 2015.When she sent me a copy of the affidavit, I was impressed with the work she did. Though it's been two years since, first week of May 2017,the USCIS wrote to my spouse and I saying her I - 130 has been approved. Though additional evidence pertaining to my current marriage has been requested,the fact that there was no reference to my previous marriage any more is the best news I have received in my almost six years journey towards acquiring a green card.It's imperative for me to state that this achievement is as a result of the good work Attorney Dara Berger did in defence of my previous marriage.It takes a good lawyer to do such a good job.I like to recommend her to anyone who seeks a smart immigration attorney.

Dara Lynn Berger is a very higher knowledgeable immigration lawyer. I was struck by her level of knowledge , professionalism and trustworthiness she displayed in my immigration case but more importantly, amazed by her sense of humanity.
