The service this company provides is so poor, that I would not recommend my enemy to use them. I have a relative that decided to use this law firm to assist in representation and to our horror not only is the customer service trash, but also their attentiveness to detail. They lack empathy, communication skills and most of all a genuine interest to meet their clients needs. Next time you consider this firm, just visit your local elementary school...I'm sure there's a 6-year old who would be willing to assist you for free.

They were adamant and very assertive and completely understanding special thanks to Ms. Karisa and Ms. Jaleah for being so responsive and caring and thorough about whatever I wanted to do .... notice I said they were responsive and caring about what I wanted to do.... they even sent me a birthday card lol gotta love firm a that is dependent and thoughtful too

Stay away ..customer service is horrible..communication non -existent ,there's plenty of quality lawyers out there stay away from this one....

I recently had to hire a Worker Compensation Attorney, The legal representation I hired, Karisa Klee, was very professional and informative on how such a case is handled and what to expect. I had daily access to being able to communicate with her. Everything from documentation, appointments with medical doctors, reimbursement for expenditures to appointments, etc. She was very understanding and even situations of my employ that I thought were possibly relevant she reviewed and if applicable to my case was very good about explaining how it might or might not be relevant. I now know more about how worker’s compensation laws work and that if I had known more I definitely would have hired her from day one to make sure I got the full advantage of what I should get out of my settlement.
