Hands down the best attorney you can get to help with all immigration related issues. Hiba has extensive experience in dealing with tough immigration issues. My personal immigration matter was one of the toughest ever and where many others had backed off, Hiba stepped up to help me and succeeded in front of a very difficult immigration judge. She is the best of the best when it comes to immigration attorneys. Her depth of experience, hard-work, and caring attitude is what has brought us to avail her legal expertise for a variety or personal and family immigration matters exclusively for the past 6 years. Over this period, she has helped our family with adjustment of status in the United States, consular processing for adjustment of status for another immediate relative, multiple naturalization applications, and now an EB-2 application for another relative. We had a very time sensitive matter after discovering our friend accidentally entered the country years ago on the wrong visa. He was coming here on a student visa for international studies but because he traveled to New York first for vacation before reporting to the school the wrong visa was used. Now two Years later it was discovered that he was here illegally because the travel visa expired two years prior. Because his student visa was still valid, he was told by the school to leave the country and re-enter on his student visa to correct the issue. We were concerned about this advice and contacted Ms. Ghalib for a consultation. She called us back within the hour and shared that if he left the country before resolving this he would be banned from the United States for 10 years due to unlawful presence for so long. We hired her and She promptly made an appointment with the Consulate. Although we all knew the chances of resolving this innocent mistake was slim, she was able to help him get everything straightened out. Our friend can now resume his studies and will have the opportunity to purse a career here. Ms Ghalib communicated efficiently, was knowledgeable and prepared, and mostly... succeeded in on our case. Ms. Ghalib took over our very complicated immigration case after our original lawyer left the firm. Needless to say, after a full year with different lawyer, we were concerned. Gratefully, we soon realized that Ms. Ghalib had not lost a step, quickly grasping the various intricacies of our case. Immigration cases can have long timelines, with little transparency, which created a lot of emotional issues for my wife and I to deal with separately from the case itself. Ms. Ghalib turned out not just to be a great lawyer but a great listener as well. She understood that in Immigration, sometimes just calming our fears was as important as dealing with USCIS.
