As an immirgant to the USA who is now in Australia due to COVID, I have tried to contact this firm with no success to follow up and reach a resolution to a judgement against their client. I contacted this attorney about a contract dispute. She answered all my questions and advised me on the best way to proceed. She quickly settled my dispute without having to go to Court.

We met with Ms. Jakob several months ago to discuss her representation in a lease dispute. She felt she could help us out to come to a fair settlement with our previous landlord. After reviewing our case, she contacted the landlord's attorney with an offer to settle, which was accepted, and much better than they had previously demanded. We have come to an agreement that is mutually acceptable with terms that are within out financial limits. We are very pleased with Ms. Jakob, and would definitely use her again.
