I have found Counselor Jakob-Barnes to be personable, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy. Getting out of debt can be a scary, expensive, and arduous process, especially, when there is old charged off debt involved. Understanding that it would take time and looking to, ultimately, pay off every single old debt, I contacted Counselor Jakob-Barnes in order to understand my options and to represent my interests when dealing with collection firms. We met with Ms. Jakob several months ago to discuss her representation in a lease dispute. She felt she could help us out to come to a fair settlement with our previous landlord.
