There was a time in my life, due to Family conflicts, I hired Mr. Moeser in a dispute over funds. I have not had the best luck with attorneys in the past but Mr. Moeser renewed my faith. He handled my case with professionalism and true concern for my well being. He was always a phone call away and answered all emails in a timely manner. Mr. Moeser kept me informed every step of the way from the beginning to the end of my case. If I ever need to hire an attorney in the future he will be one I contact. Should I know of anyone needing an attorney he will be the first I suggest. He really cares about his clients and does everything possible to help settle the disputes involved in a timely manner and for your benefit as he did mine.
