Emailed and called constantly asking for more money. Rarely emailed or called with actual usable info regarding our case. His invoices actually had items we ALREADY paid for. He lost our case, didn't bother to present even half the evidence we gathered for the case. Result: my girlfriend lost FULL CUSTODY of her daughter to her ex husband! She has NO negative marks against her...her ex does. It takes a special lawyer to get a 4 year old girl taken away from her mother. Eric managed to get it done. THEN HE ASKED FOR $5000 MORE AFTER WE LOST CUSTODY! Do NOT hire this guy. He's tragic.

Never remembered anything. Always had to catch him up to speed. Refused to answer phone call s and emails. Then when he finally calls you back, hes rushing you to get an answer back asap because he was late to respond to the opposing lawyer. He never kept me informed about how the processes go. No success with this lawyer at all. If you want to waste money and time with more added stress, he's a winner!

Check with the Georgia Bar Association discipline taken against this guy, then find someone else.
