I have had the pleasure of working with Rob as co-counsel on several cases the past few years. He is smart, works hard and doesnt miss any details. I would highly recommend Rob for any litigation-related matter.

Despite my doubts about the utility of any online reference or evaluation service, Mr. Carlson of Caldwell and Watson is worthy of high recommendation. I was referred to Rob by my attorney when we realized we needed assistance with litigating the settlement of an estate. Due to the size and complexity of the assets and participants involved, Rob was recommended due to his knowledge of the matters at hand, his experience and his aggressive performance in the courtroom. Rob has represented us in a very professional manner as defendants in probation of a will that included claims of undue influence, lack of capacity, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty. Rob Carlson is a fine example of a professional in his practice of the law. In a lengthy (2 years) litigation that carried all the way to the State Supreme Court our family felt, even with his busy schedule, that he was providing the best of representation for our side. During many contacts, emails and phone conversations over that period of time, you become very aware of a persons ability and knowledge along with his desire to do a good job for his client. Rob never disappointed at any point in our case, a case that we did eventually prevail.
