Wow!! Iam so glad I made the choice to use this firm! I was so stressed and scared to trust a firm as I have had bad experiences in the past. Jensen Law handled my case with such diligence. I experienced frequent communication updating me about my case every few weeks. My case was filed and closed within 8 months. I left their office with more than I expected. Jensen Law really cares about their clients and treats them like family. I will be referring family and friends. Thank you guys so much!!

They will get you into mediation (Allen Hoffman Irene Schwarzer) show you what your take home amount will be then call you and tell you that your check will be $5000 less then What you agreed to at mediation. They are a SCAM! They work with Kenner And Pintaluga Stay Far Away From Them As Well!

To anyone who need a good lawyer don't do business here! They never update on your case and when i call it's the same old excuse.Never again will use them, i will do better representing my self.

This firm lacks accountability, has corroded my respect for an attorney. Luckily, I have the pleasure of working with different attorneys in the past, however, I want inform anyone else deciding on this firm. I had the unfortunate representation of working with Eric and his firm. They didn’t make any effort to help me to the best of their abilities, lack of communication until during our discussions about the settlement amount. Then they started calling over and over both Jessica and Eric to get to sign a release waiver I wasn’t comfortable with at the time because the amount seemed little to both Eric and I since it was a drunk driver who hit me. Furthermore, I was dealing with a death of my cousin and close friend. After some time and signing the reaper waiver jessica says the check will be ready in 3 days. Then it’s two week I receive no call and when I call her she doesn’t answer. So I called the other attorney Eric he tells me if it arrives to day come pick it up. Then his assistant Esther calls me later that day, says it’s ready at 2pm and I can pick it up. As I’m driving there I tell Eric I’m on the way to pickup check. Then I get another call from Esther where she says it the check isn’t ready. They wasted my time, I left work early because I can only pick it up at 2pm. I understand all attorneys says they take a client satisfaction seriously, however, this was far from the truth when I arrived to their office to pickup the check the following week. Jessica and Eric both are attorney’s in my case I spoke to them over a dozen times, I’ve been speaking to them all this time over a year aren’t there even there to address me or any concerns. First red flag, I’ve never been to a law firm where the attorney who represented my case wasn’t there to greet or introduce his or his team. Zero professionalism. second red flag, check was far less from amount he had assured me I’d receive. Unfortunately, the only person there with me at 2:30pm was front desk lady Esther so I told her I’ll give Eric a call I as I’m in dismay when I asked him how he came to this number he said “ it is what it is, what am I suppose to do”. When I tried to help him recall are discussions all he kept saying was “it is what it is” he couldn’t get medical bills down, the same medical bills he assured he can bring down because it’s the place he wanted to me get my treatment. I stayed on the phone only to hear more excuse with no honesty, no clear communication, no apologies, no accountability, no suggestion to move forward I would like to say somewhere along the process they have failed me, however, that would mean they had intention of doing good by me. They build a rapport with you only to fill their pockets. In short, this is a subtle reference to the wrong perpetrated and level professionalism it takes to be professional everyday. They’re only short selling their character to line up their pockets. I’m giving a one star because although this was terrible experience, I’ve learned a great deal!

I'm currently a client. After reading some of the reviews it appears I'm not the only one that wishes they had other representation. Something just doesn't seem right about it all. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. They don't seem to even care and definitely do not communicate unless I reach out to them. Not very professional at all considering they do get a good % of the settlement. I mean atleast make an effort to act like you're earning it. l'll represent myself if anything ever happens again.
