Thomas J. Ashenden and his colleagues did me a huge favor by accepting my case. He got me a reasonable settlement within a years time which is good timing for most accident cases. Along the way he was very informative even through the difficult parts of the case and I’m grateful that he did so. Hopefully further clients will look to him in a time of need as well.

After three years of acquiring the service of Tom I left his office today feeling very disheartened. I didn't feel like my case was taken seriously and that any effort was put into it. I know there are many reasons why that could have happened. However, as a client I shouldn't be left feeling that way. I acquired Tom's service three years ago and the settlement offer I was offered three years ago was the same offer I ended up walking away with three years later. I did not go to law school but it doesn't take a genius to figure out that, that should not have happened. My case never made it to court. I never received a court date. I was left feeling as if my case was not worth his time. I feel I was fluffed for three years then left up to make my own choice if I wanted to proceed or wait another two years. I would not recommend Tom in all honesty. I am very disappointed and hurt.
