Dayna and Ellen were very helpful negotiating on our behalf when our toddler was injured by a medical product. Initially the company told us directly we would be compensated for my son’s injury and treatment, but they then said that they actually don’t do that when I called to follow up after sending them the paperwork they asked for. So we reached out to Ellen to discuss our son and to see if she could contact the company on our behalf. Ellen and Dayna were very direct and honest about what we could expect and then kept us updated throughout their negotiations with the company responsible for my son’s injury and were able to get a settlement from the company for my son, without needing to go to court. They took the headache out of the situation and made everything very easy. Highly recommend them.
