AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! I used this lawfirm with confidence on things I had heard about them. Long story short one of the three doctors I had seen revised the information he had written about my injury saying I was ok and able to return to work. Montlick sends paperwork to fill out saying that if you go to any doctor visit or anything pertaining to your injury feel this paper out and mail it in immediately. A second visit was never made to the doctor who said I was ok.A paper was never filled out and mailed in to Montlick saying I went to this visit. How could they miss something so simple. Because of this I lost my case, chance at surgery and am now stuck like this until I can come up with 20,000.00$. Thanks for nothing Montlick y’all SUCK!!!

Heather Mcphillips is the best lawyer I have every talked to and worked with. She let me know how things works and clearly levels with you on what to expect. And works the hardest for you. Big or small settlement. I trust her judgement and would work with her again.

From the beginning to end my entire experience was awesome. I only delt with my attorney towards the end who was great as well. Jessica Cruz her assistant was excellent during the process. Answering all my questions and answer all my concerns. If I were to leave Ms Cruz a voice message she would always return my call in a timely manner, she was extremely polite and professional. I would recommend montlick and associates to everyone out the who has been injured in an automobile accident.

Initially I was skeptical of going through a law firm that is so easily recognized from their daytime tv commercials, but I’m so glad I did. I had no idea what to do when I got in my car accident, but Montlick & Associates was so professional in the way they handled my case and assured me that everything was going to be okay. I was very impressed and appreciative with the level of contact they kept with me. I never felt lost or confused throughout the process and it was such a relief to have them on my side. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
