Nikki and the rest of the staff were incredibly professional and proficient while handling my car accident case! I recommend Montlick and Associates to anyone who has been in car accident because they work very hard to ensure you get what you deserve from the insurance companies..

I was referred by my daughter she went on and on about how great they handled her case, I called them immediately Attorney Sara Root was my attorney she and Chris her Assistant held my hand all the way through my car accident I highly recommend when you call Montlick & Associates please ask for Attorney Sara Root she’s a professional and knows her stuff she will do all she can to help you.

I hear and see nothing but good things about Montlick and Associates, but sadly I did not have the best experience. From beginning to end, my case was treated very poorly and I wish that I had pursued my case with another firm. I could go in the furthest detail but to keep things short, I lost everything and received little to nothing as well. My case took almost a year just for the outcome to be very disappointing. I feel as if my attorney did not try with my case. The communication was also very poor throughout the whole process even up until the point where I was told a certain amount before settling just to go in the office and be presented an amount that was dramatically lower than what was told (which I was there to settle and had no choice but to accept). I feel as if I could have even did a better job than the “help” I received. This process made me not even want to have an attorney ever again as I do feel like you go through all of this suffering and hardships just for them to be paid. Never again. I am very devastated by this outcome as I do feel like I made a big mistake allowing Montlick and Associates to handle this case.

On 8/2/222 I was involved in a rear end collision with three cars, and experienced the worst whiplash of my life! I went to physical therapy, and several doctors appointments, and after almost 2 years, the BEST Jennifer Fleming was about to obtain in my settlement was 25K without counter offering much at all- just told me to take it. That’s BEFORE she took her 30%, paid back drs, and tried to payback my Jobs’s disability insurance (which had NOTHING to do with the accident. I was already on disability 6 months prior). When I contested the $4500 she was mistakenly going to pay them, she said “you talk to them” so I did her job, and got the lien removed. She still took her cut, and didn’t even MENTION the mistake. HORRIBLE! a better lawyer could have gotten better results. RUN some place else.

Nick and Montlick and associates were great. They walked me through each step of the case and were very informative with every question I asked. Hopefully I’m never in an accident where I get hurt, but if I am, I will definitely be in contact with Montlick and Associates!

The company was of no help in what i wanted they trying to pursue what it is they want the associates wouldn’t let me talk they talked over me instead of listening to me poor service
