The best staff!! I never felt neglected or overlooked; I was contacted on a regular basis with updates. Not only were the calls in reference to status updates of my case, they always begin with Galena asking, “how are you doing or how are you feeling today.” She would listen attentively as I answered the question. This was an experience I will never forget. Not only did they handle the legalities, they were kind in doing it!
