I inquired about a consultation for my injury case. The lawyer called me after 9pm and left a voicemail. I called back the next day ,and the assistant got more information and then told me he was on the phone and would call me back within 20-30 minutes. The next day I still had not heard from him so I called back. Then I finally get to speak with him for less than 5 minutes where he said he only takes cases with high probability of winning. Basically he didn't want to actually work or didn't see much money in it. He said I could keep checking other lawyers and I could find one. Worst service ever .

Never needing a law firm before, this was a great experience. I had no idea what to do, but Montlick & Associates took care of everything. Questions answered, emails responded to, always with courtesy and professionalism, along with making me feel comfortable and assured they were doing what was best for me.

I was in a motor vehicle accident and I called Montlick and Associates and they really took care of my case. They called me to check and see how I was feeling every week. I would recommend them to anyone who’s looking for legal representation.
