Elaine was courteous and did exactly what she said she would do. Until she wasn't present for the final signing and we were rushed through the process of the final signing. Witnesses were present and signed each document PRIOR to any reviews or signatures on our part as they were "in a hurry". We raises objections but they were brushed over. We asked for detailed explainations of each document we were signing and felt very hurrried. The final wills were never presented for review. We were told by the person filling in (?who she was) near the conclusion of the meeting that she needed to go to pick up her kids. Elaine was sick, but had been sick over a week. They practice clearly had time to notify us to reschedule. All for naught; we wasted $3,500 on useless wills and trusts that need to be redone by a special needs attorney for our son's special needs trust. Elaine (copiously) informed us she was NOT a special needs attorney, but we had no idea of the implications of this (special needs attorney should always be seen FIRST to avoid wasting your time and money). We felt abandoned after our final meeting and then the relationship with Elaine turned hostile when we confronted her with the situation regarding her having to have KNOWN that the special needs trusts need to be done FIRST. Despite our reaching out regarding changes of beneficiaries not going through, and a request to review a brief 2 paragraph letter to family explaining what the documents were, we were rudely rebuffed by Elaine that her services had been concluded. The percentages of distribution to our non-special needs children in the conduit trust was INCORRECT. We were told in no uncertain terms that out relationship was now "concluded"- leaving us with INCORRECT, useless documents. Would definately not recommend Elaine Levine.

Elaine Levine helped us with our will and other estate matters and we have also known her on a personal basis (we orginally met her because our children attended the same school). She is absolutely brilliant and has the highest ethical standards. On top of that, she is a fabulous communicator, incredibly organized and responsive, and a kind and compassionate person. I couldn't recommend her more highly. I am a retired attorney and my husband is a practicing attorney so we are around many lawyers, and she is by far superior to most.

I have know Elaine for over 20+ years. She is an excellent attorney with knowledge of many areas of law. I used Elaine for preparing my will, power of attorney and advance directive and was not disappointed. I receive a follow-up from Elaine once a year as a reminder for me to evaluate the decisions made in these documents. She is responsive to any question I may have. Elaine is very easy to work with and makes you feel comfortable with every aspect of your attorney needs. I love Elaine!
