Seriously RUN.... RUN....RUN....do not let the price they say they will charge motivate you to want to use this law firm. It has literally caused nothing but damage to my case and has taken even longer for me and my family to be reunited. They were hired to handle a modification of visitation to dictate out of state Visitation and modify child support. They stated they would file this is an emergency hearing, which they did but then could not bother to get representation there on the day we were suppose to get heard on March 3rd. Council never sent out any discovery for the opposing side, we had to ask relentlessly for them to request a court date and file a rule of nisi. When we finally got them to they scheduled it as to what suited their calendar not what was actually available in the court and they were dishonest about it. They requested it be rescheduled all the way out in June when this case was filed in the beginning of January and they knew all the extenuating circumstances of why that was unacceptable to my family . You will meet with Adam who runs the law firm and makes everything sound great, once he takes your money you will not hear from him again, he will continue to push you off on all of his super young attorneys who have no problem Dragging your case out as long as possible so they can take your monthly payment with little to no work. We had to hire a competent attorney to take over this case, They refused to refund any of our money, even though they did nothing but cost us time and more money to have this case handled appropriately . I absolutely expect them to try to defend this review as they do with every other negative review that has been posted. I would urge anyone to be leery of the positive reviews that are on this law firm. You been warned, you get what you pay for I promise!!

Justin Spizman is excellent in the initial consultation. He says all the right things UNTIL he gets your retainer (in my case $8K). Since he doesn't charge per hour and gets all your money upfront, he has NO INCENTIVE AT ALL to fight for your case. Justin will show up in court and work out a deal and dispose of your case as quickly as he can. In my case, he worked out a deal that had devastating consequences in my child custody case. He then lied to me telling me it wouldn't be a problem. His poor decisions changed my life forever. Mike Hawkins is much worse than Spizman. THE REASON THEY DON'T HAVE MORE BAD REVIEWS IS BECAUSE PEXPLETIVE ARE AFRAID OF GETTING SUED. It's freedom of speech. You can post your honest opin ions about Hawkins and Spizman.

Not someome id hire for custody cases. They only want emails and assume you have an idea of what your doing. Let alone when you ask for advice they give you the wrong answers. Worst part our lawyer kept saying some other persons case and was clueless of ours
