Mr. Pollack has an excellent and thorough understanding of the law and is able to communicate what the law means and actions that should be taken. Mr. Pollack is able to discern what is important and needs to be addressed legally and what does not. He also is able to discuss on a practical basis courses of action and the probable outcomes. His advise is clear, thorough and on target. Will use him again any time I need an attorney.

Mr. Pollack assisted my husband and me regarding a substantial claim by the buyers of a home we sold three years ago.
