He listened, he understood, he immediately went to work analyzing the data and putting forth a plan for possible dismissal. He was kept in touch, he check in and gave me status of what is doing, he informed of other information he needed me to provide which may help. He stared requested specialist and pertinent information he would have to attain to keep my case strong. He put together a visible plan of action. He really eased my mind and I was able to sleep at night, finally.
