I was wrongfully arrested for a DUI on Super Bowl evening. It was a routine accident that resulted in a single car crash. Though I was injured concussed, the police conducted their investigation. Assuming I was under the influence. From the time I met with Justin, he sat down in his conference room, went over all the facts that I gave him. Everything matched what was given via discovery as well. from the minute I signed with him he assured me this was a slam dunk winnable case, and would do his best to get everything resolved in my favor. Though it took nearly a year to get resolved through numerous continuances, once he was able to speak to the district attorney days before we were set to go to trial, he let out his dog mentality. Went to them telling them they had insufficient evidence, lack of probable cause for the arrest and that in his professional opinion, the field sobriety test were done in the normal ranges. Prior to trial I was offered a standard deal for DUI offenders, but he was able to get the DUI completely dismissed, and I was just given traffic citations for the accident. Hands-down, one of the most cut through and ruthless attorneys you’re going to meet when it comes to negotiation skills and dealing with prosecutors in judges. His knowledge for criminal laws as well as DUI laws is by far the best in the metro Atlanta area. Days before I was going to trial I thought I was just going to accept a mediocre deal offered by the district attorney, but he was able to turn that into a slam dunk win for me and my family. I cannot be more happy and pleased with his representation. Anytime I needed anything he was a phone call or text away. He was able to guide me through the entire process good and bad and alleviate the need for me going to any court dates of the one in which I had to plead guilty to some citations, all in all, I would highly recommend him if you are in any kind of jam such as I was in .

Great communication they're polite and if they don't know something they call you back with what you need to know and answer all your questions, even though there are a few people involved in my case they keep communication within, we're not done yet but I'm positive that having them as my lawyers everything will come out great.
