Ginsberg's Law Firm handle my workman compensation case after terminating my case with another workman compensation firm in Atlanta. From day one Mrs. Ginsberg was very much hands on with my case and follow through with everything she had outlined. I was very impressed on how knowledgeable she was with Georgia Workman Compensation law and she made herself very accessible via phone and email with any questions and concerns I had. I was particularly amazed in the fact she did not let the insurance company implement their unfair practices and stall tactics and made sure I received everything that was do me under the law. Mrs. Ginsberg is truly a professional and a credit to her industry that worked extremely hard on my case and never wavered in her relentless efforts to hold the insurance company accountable and to provide services in a timely fashion. Good Attorneys are far and few in between, but Mrs. Ginsberg by far is one of the best attorneys I had the pleasure and confidence working on my behalf . I could not imagine attempting to deal or navigate through the complex and stressful undertaking of the workman compensation laws and insurance companies without the expertise of Ginsberg's Law Firm.

This is the worst experience, I've ever had with a lawyer who claims they are on my side. Only God can tell me Jody Ginsberg wasn't working with the insurance company who my husband had a claim with. My husband had a worker's comp claim and Jody never once saw him in person. Even when he asked to meet with her so she could see his injuries and much more she claimed she read about injuries like his before and she already knows. She is the worst possible lawyer someone could get. Not to mention her rude and unprofessional receptionist Dian.She ended up settling his case for little or nothing. My husband will still need medical care after this. Our experience with this office was a big disaster. I would never recommend anyone to this office. Jody thanks for nothing.

Jonathan is a wonderful advocate for his clients. In 2011 he helped me with my Social Security Disability appeal and I was extremely pleased with his knowledge and the professional way he handled my case. I called him yesterday, 4 years after my claim was settled, to see if he could assist me with information for a friend of mine in South Carolina who was having difficulty navigating the red tape of the SSA system. We talked for over a half hour, and he gave me some great references and suggestions of potential resources to help me assist my friend. Thanks again Jonathan!!
