The crew over at Kaine Law was truly exceptional. I was the passenger in an accident that was not our fault and my case ended up being a little more difficult than most peoples; but hurdle after hurdle, Kaine law had my back through it all. Karen stayed on top of my case dealing with these insurance companies and hospitals making sure I received fair compensation, touching base with me weekly on the status of things. I will say this, every time they tried to push - she pushed back harder, making sure I received fair compensation. What I found to be a remarkable part of the experience was how my attorney, JD Holt, spoke with me directly about my case - reaching out to me at least once a month letting me know what was going on and providing me with expectations regarding timelines for every step of the process. When it came time for my case to move into litigation, something that no one likes but is sometimes necessary, Julia wasted no time and jumped right up to bat, making sure to comb over every detail so that nothing was overlooked and there were no details accidentally missed or left out. Every part of my team spoke to me like a person they cared about, not just a case they were working on.. and honestly made me feel like I was their sole priority. I really cannot thank you guys enough for the hard work, respect, transparency and dedication you vested in my case over this past year! You guys really are all a cut above the rest.
