I hired Bill to represent me in a divorce. Obviously, a difficult situation for everyone involved. I found Bill to be direct, knowledgable and insightful when helping me navigate a legal separation, settlement and divorce. I highly recommend Bill.

There is a level of professionalism and due diligence I cannot rate high enough. I went through a very highly contested/complicated divorce, and with two small children. Mr Lester, as well as his colleagues, were not only a large support in the most sensitive of areas, but financially speaking as well. If only every attorney out there cared for their clientele well being as much. It takes an aweful lot to impress me, and this is one legal consel you will be ever so grateful to have along the way.

I have no case with or against this company, Ms Trisha messed up and has recently started to harass me over something I have no part of. she has this overbearing demeanor from the start that would make some people like myself not cooperate. When a person messes up, and would like the help of someone else to fix your mistake; word of advice..... you attract more bees with honey than vinegar.

I was referred to Bill Lester from a friend who had Mr Lester represent someone against my friend in a divorce trial. When I asked "why would you recommend an attorney that represented someone against you??" He said "Bill is THAT good!" I'm a professional individual who wanted to do nothing but provide the best for my family and took the old-school approach by being the sole provider across the board. When times got rough, as they will in a marriage, my ex-wife determined that the situation required her to "put forth some effort;" this wasn't what she thought it would be and apparently, not what she signed up for. She wanted out and she wanted to take the two individuals that meant the most to me in this world out of state: my two sons. I went to court against a woman that held three advanced degrees (more than Bill and I combined,) emotional issues, aspirations of stardom and the primary care-giver for our children. I went from being served the Petition for Divorce, losing a business, undergoing two bankruptcies and being ejected from the home after being served a restraining order under false pretenses to being awarded Primary Physical Custody of my sons, awarded Child Support, the major decision maker in all of their affairs and to maintaining the ability for them to live and grow in their community without interruption or disharmony, all thanks to Bill. I was impressed by Bill and his team's professionalism throughout the process. He's an excellent judge of character and knows the law. Once he got the facts about the case, met my ex-wife and realized first-hand how truthful I was, he went to work. I appreciated the strategy meetings and was able to contribute positively. When I displayed naivete' and was being reactionary when my ex-wife attempted to throw the kitchen sink into her efforts, Bill was able to navigate through the mire to a finite finish. He was a hard-charger for me in the courtroom and I can't begin to repay him for what he did for me. I can sleep better knowing that my sons aren't in harm's way and that they will have a fighting chance to build a relationship that they deserve with their father. I interviewed several attorneys prior to hiring Bill. I also went in realizing, that as a man, hiring a divorce attorney would be an investment. If given a chance, would I do it all over again differently? Absolutely not. Was it cheap? Absolutely not. Did I get the specific result that I was seeking? Yes and more, without hesitation or resolution. He can "out-lawyer" the best of them!

I hired Bill to help me with a very contentious divorce as well a child custody issues. There were some pretty serious issues and I didn't really know what to do. Bill was there for me every step of the way. This was an extremely difficult process and I don't know what I would have done without Bill and his team's help. Early in the divorce I had a TPO filed against me in retaliation for filing for divorce and Bill helped me get the TPO dismissed and made it so I could see my child again. We had to employ a Guardian Ad Litem and have a custodial psych eval during the course of the divorce and Bill helped me be sure we had the best possible people for the job and navigate the 6+ month process. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a family law attorney or going through a divorce. I really don't know what I would have done without his counsel and support. I have primary custody of my daughter now thanks to his efforts and for that I am eternally grateful.

I met Bill (he asked me to call him that) through a friend who new my situation. He suggested I speak with Bill since he had success with him. It has been over a year and a half since I engaged Bill. The position I was in was insurmountable. Bill has done things that my 4 previous attorneys could not do. If I did not have Bill, I would be without my children now. Being a man in Georgia, the odds are against you. Bill levels the playing field. There were issues with the opposing attorney and the judge in my case. He held them accountable like I have not seen previously. The judge respected him and what he had to say. His arguments are always on solid ground. The most important thing I can say about Bill is his preparation. Regardless of what was going on (trial, deposition, negotiation) Bill was always better prepared then opposing counsel. I not only highly recommend him, but I implore you to have him on your team. Do not hesitate to hire Bill. Remember, he is not only your advocate, but an advocate for your children. One other thing about him, he loves chocolate.

I am happy to give our review of this fine attorney. Our grandson's life and well-being were at stake and all that my husband and I were sure of was that we needed legal help. We turned to Bill following the referral of a dear friend. We felt so much better even after our initial meeting, but our faith in him was proven again and again as the weeks and months progressed. There was no sugar-coating the issues. But even as Bill kept us in the real world with his patience, knowledge and experience, he advised, advocated and represented our interests with heart and true concern for our family and our challenge. He enabled us to reach the conclusion we had prayed for, and became a trusted friend in the process. We would not think of using anyone other than Bill Lester should future legal issues arise. He is an excellent attorney and we would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone unsure of their rights and seeking honest, superlative legal counsel and representation.
