I liked the fact that ANY TIME I needed to ask Mr. Stein a question pertaining to my case he was happy to promptly answer my question. He always kept me updated on where we stood at each step of my case. I felt like my case was the only case he was working on. But obviously he was simultaneously working just as hard on the cases of other clients as well.
