Andy and I have worked together on many cases. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is seriously injured as a result of negligence. Andy is wonderful.

Andy was excellent. Specifically, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and supportive. Plus, and perhaps most importantly, he did a great job negotiating the settlement with the insurance company. That's where it really pays to have a great attorney, and Andy is one of the best.

I was badly injured a few years ago when I was hit by a car while riding a bicycle. It took several months to learn to walk again & get back to work. When you are badly injured all you can concentrate on is rehabilitation & positive energy. Andy took care of the details so I could concentrate on recovery which was very helpful. When I was injured in a serious auto collision, my husband recommended I use Andy. My husband, who is also a personal injury attorney, knew Andy and felt strongly that he was in the top tier of PI attorneys who could handle my case. I am so grateful that I went with my husband's preference because Andy was phenomenal! I underwent 3 surgeries over the course of a year. With all my medical issues, surgeries and constant discomfort, I was emotionally and physically at my breaking point. I don't know what I would've done without having the security and comfort of Andy handling the case. Knowing the legal side of everything was being handled by him allowed me to focus on my numerous doctors appointments, medical issues and healing. His paralegal Erin is also wonderful. She is always on top of everything and is a consummate professional. At the end, We ended up settling for more than I ever anticipated. Over the course of the year, we were offered settlements that would probably have been attractive to many other attorneys, but Andy always cautioned that we weren't being offered what the case was worth. With his advise, we were able to get the value for the case during mediation without having to go through a trial. If you are looking for someone to handle your case who is experienced, professional, compassionate and fierce when necessary, you need to go with Andy!

Andy handled a case for my wife after she was rear ended by a large commercial vehicle. Being an attorney myself who also does some personal injury, I was fortunately a sophisticated consumer as far as selecting our attorney. The easy part was making the rather obvious decision about avoiding an “advertising lawyer” PI firm. The harder part however was I personally knew more than a handful of excellent personal injury attorneys who could more than competently handle my wife’s case. However, given that this seemed destined to be a big case (and in fact ultimately involved multiple surgeries), I also knew there were only a select few who could get absolute maximum type dollar out of the case. Not to say Andy is literally the only one who could pull it off, but ultimately there really is a very short list, and he certainly is at the top with anyone. After almost a year and a half of litigation and just before our trial date, we finally settled with our carrier for an amount above our highest expectations. There were certainly opportunities earlier in the litigation to take a “very good” settlement, but Andy always stressed the goal was to get the absolute most we could get, or try the case in front of a jury. On top of the dollar and cents resolution, the client relationship with Andy was always pleasant and informative. He gave us all the necessary information and then some, and was quick to respond to questions. To be fair, I knew Andy personally for some time before he took on our case; however, I am quite confident I would have got the same personal service if I was a stranger to him when the case started. If you have a serious personal injury case, I certainly recommend contacting Andy.
