Josh handled my claim against an unresponsive insurance company very expeditiously! I did a lot of research before choosing Gunnels Law firm for my slip and fall case.  I had a broken nose, cuts, bruises and ultimately brain surgery. After talking with my friends and family I decided I wanted a lawyer who knew my name and what my case was about when I called with questions. I heard horror stories of lawyers not informing their clients of all the cost involved.  The lawyer had a good payday but the client had to make payment arrangements to pay back Medicare. They didn't get enough money to pay  Medicare. From the very first meeting Chris Gunnels made everything about the process clear and what I should expect. Luis Miranda was my contact person.  He was great and always had or got answers to my questions.  Chris was great keeping me updated on the progress of the case.
