I hired Craig Thrift and his team to assist with a real estate matter. Craig was very thorough and often reached out during the process to give us updates. My case was not so straightforward. Knowing this from the get go I decided to hire a lawyer. Did some research and found Craig Thrift on avvo. Read a couple reviews that seemed similar to my situation. He had 5 stars overall so I contacted him. He met with my wife and I and instantly got to work. No wasted time and we were never left in the dark about anything! What I thought was going to be along process Mr. Thrift was able to clear it up in a month with no issues. I would recommend Craig for any issues with a tenant or with a landlord! He knows his stuff inside and out! Will use him again without hesitation!

Highly recommended. I hired Mr. Thrift to create a lease for a commercial warehouse to a large regional company.
